Limited Medical Radiography (LMR)

ATA’s LMR program will train you to provide quality radiographs for physicians and radiologists, prepare patients for radiographic exams and operate radiographic equipment.

ATA's 15-month Limited Medical Radiography program is approved by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services Department of Public Health. Graduates are eligible to take the Kentucky Limited Radiography examination administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

ATA's LMR program consists of 90 core credits and 140 lab credits. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be awarded a Occupational Associates Degree Limited Medical Radiography with a Clinical Concentration.
